摘要

In this paper, the methods for zinc corrosion resistant materials are descried as in the following processes: iron-boride powders are mode by gas boronizing steel fibres, with iron and iron borides eutectic as the binding metal, the two powders as mentioned are sintered together, then made into electric heater being able tobe plante into zinc bath, the working life of the heater can attain to over 4300 hrs, heat efficiency increases to over 90%, zinc saving-20-45%, both energy saving and zinc saving are remakable.
