Study of Self-Compacting Concrete compositions from its properties in fresh state using reduced size tests methods

摘要

This work proposes the use of reduced size tests methods that allows to identify the characteristics of SCC, with maximum aggregate size between 10 and 15 mm, reducing material and time. The use of reduced tests method allows to make extensive investigations in the laboratory to determine the dosages of materials to apply in each case and solving the particular aspects of the process and obtaining more advantages. A comparative study between the reduced tests and standard tests will be shown. In addition the accomplishment of a high number of tests facilitates the analysis and interpretation of the results.
