摘要

This paper points out there are many obstacles that influence students' spoken English proficiency. This situation can be verified, from teachers' perspective, by improving teachers' spoken English proficiency, speaking behavior,teaching of learning, and teaching methods. What teachers have learned will certainly be repeated by their students because sometimes teaching itself is a transmitting of previous experience. What really counts is how to combine the experience with the present situation of students' needs to uplift their confidence and motivation.
