The article argues the problem of strengthening the strategic partnership between Russia and China in its educational aspect.Both countries should speed up the formation of joint institutions of higher learning,and promote communication among universities,scholars,teachers and students between the two countries,so that we may better prepare ourselves for the TT era.Strengthening Russian-Chinese education cooperation we must see it as a vehicle for appreciating the richest aspects of otherculture,while maintaining one's own cultural specificity.
