摘要

In this article a new method for manufacturing a functional model of a pneumatic actuator is presented. Aim of this work was, opposite to state of the art prototyping processes, not only to manufacture kinematics elements but also customised actuator prototypes by means of a 3D-printer. The fabrication has been possible using special calibration routines for the printer and further finishing processes. With a pneumatic actuator prototype parameter studies have been conducted. The working motion of the concept could be shown and its efficiency could be characterised. As a result can be recorded that the actuator could be used in kinematics prototypes and hereby support the development process. The geometric as well as the functional system characteristics can be identified.
