STUDY ON CONSTRUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OF MODERN INDUSTRY TRAININGBASE

摘要

In order to suit the needs of quality-oriented education and to train high quality technological talents for the 21st century, the traditional metallurgical technology practice must be transformed to modern manufacturing engineering practice. By combining with the practical situation of Engineering Training Center of Shanghai Maritime University, the new task, management mode and development direction of Engineering Training Center are discussed in this paper.
