Innovative education is the developing trend of our times. We cannot simply regard it as a slogan, but try to fully understand and follow its inherent rules and approaches during the implementation of the industrial training, in order to improve the quality of those who receive our education comprehensively. This paper expounds questions on how to train innovative students and how to establish an innovative atmosphere during modern industrial training.
