This paper analyzes the problems in evaluation of Production Performance, and measures the input and output of product with Activity-Based Costing. This paper also applies Data Envelopment Analysis to evaluation relative effectiveness of produce manufacturing and management, and reveals the way to improve product manufacturing and management.
