ON TOTAL QUALITY CONTROL

摘要

This article sets about the analysis concept of the quality control and total quality control (TQC). It points out that the main factor of the TQC is total. For example, the object, the range, the method, and the manager of control are total. And the article has system analysis to thirteen factors influencing TQC. Those factors are person, incentive, the spirit of enterprise, management, the communion of information, technique, strategy, market, the serve for product, machinery and apparatus, and the progress of working. At last, the article makes out four methods of statistical control of total quality. Those are ABC partition method, cause-effect relationship analysis method, bar chart analysis method, and control chart analysis method. Thus the article is realistic significant to TQC.
