A STUDY ON STRUCTURAL MODEL OF AGILE ORGANIZATION

摘要

The success of agile organization in Japan, America and Europe proved that the agile organization has large developmental potentiality. The influential factors of agile organization, the changed role of individual, functions, companies have been discussed in this paper. Although there are many obstacles from traditional enterprise to agile organization, we should try to form agile organization in our country because of its many advantages.
