THE OPTIMUM STUDY OF PRODUCTION PLANNING OF QILU PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY LIMITED

Production planning is one of the most important plans in petrochemical Corporations. The suitable methods of making production planning will directly affect the normal production and the profits of an enterprise. Considering that big petrochemical corporations have a lot of equipments and a variety of productions, with long production cycle and complexity of physical distribution, so the practical requirements cannot be satisfied while making production planning just by virtue of the traditional experience. Based on the present production method of Qilu Petrochemical Co. Ltd, this paper combines the method of Input-Output analysis with Linear Programming organically according to the basic characteristics of petrochemical corporations and provides a new method to make production planning for Qilu Petrochemical Co. Ltd. On the basis of satisfying the requirements of production process, this method has banded together the marketing requirements and the stock control of productions with the making of production planning closely, which can boost the working efficiency, assure the practicability and adaptability of production planning and shall improve the economical efficiency of corporations progressively.
