摘要

When we use the DEA model to appraise the effectiveness of DMU, it is often met that multiple DMU's appraisal value is 1. But the classical DEA model can not distinguish which is the most effective. In reality, there are stochastic uncertainty to some extents in the input and output indices of all DMUs. Thus, the multi-criterion stochastic DEA model is put forth to tackle it. The new DEA model can not only give the assessment values of all stochastic DMUs according to various appraisal criteria, but also can assess and compare all DMU roundly and point out the most effective one among them. The model is capable of dealing with the efficiency assessment of high-tech enterprises very well.
