THE CONCEPTUAL MODEL AND FRAME IN MANUFACTURING ENTERPRISE SUPPLY CHAIN INFORMATION INTEGRATION

This paper explores the objective and forms of integration, evolvement of the relationships among associate in manufacturing enterprise agile supply chain and develops the roles of Information Service Provider from electronic commerce to the manufacturing enterprise logistics so that the ISP have wide service foreground. The rationale of interaction between associates is rooted in individual party's objectives which usually fall into two categories: cost and quality. This model takes three items into consideration: (1)information flow; (2)flow of goods and service; (3)feedback information. Specifically, this paper examines the fit between an organization's enterprise logistics integration capabilities and its supply chain structure.
