THE WORK STUDY ON PRODUCTION PROCESS OF DRY-TRANSFORMER

摘要

This article tells how they have helped Zhiheng company to raise its productivity and reduce its cost by using the principles and methods of work-study. Through time-research we have helped the company in ameliorating its present operating process and in formulating a set of reasonable labor-time standards. As a result, its product quantity has doubled but the cost decreased by one-third under the condition that the number of employees and equipments remains unchanged. It has been proved that to generalize the application of IE, we need to do the foundation works, first and move forward step by step. Traditional (or basic) IE methods are the base and premise to popularize modern IE. The former fits the present economy develop level of our country very well.
