RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF PLANT INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN CIMS ENTERPRISES

Under the new economical condition, plant which is the only carrier ot" production is the key of the global manufacture in enterprises. It is also the chief problem of our enterprises, especially CIMS enterprises, that how to accomplish the job of PIM under this new condition. In this article, combining with the CIMS/PIMS which develop and apply in Tianjin steel-tube Co., we introduce the theory, the total solution, the Three-layer Data Model, the Function Model and the realization of PIMS in details. We also show the research of application. Therefore, it proposes the total solution of PIM for our enterprises especially CIMS enterprises.
