Virtual enterprise is the organizational model for the 21st century enterprise and the important models of cooperation of modern enterprise, and agile manufacturing is regarded as the main model of the manufacturing industries in the 21 st century. The article, by illuminating to conception, characters and realization of agile virtual enterprise, analyzes the basic ideas, constructive process, alliance principles of allied enterprises, supply-demand model, simulative optimization and management model, especially emphasizing on the market environmental effects, for the supply system of virtual enterprise, so as to optimize the resource dispositions of enterprise, form the competitive superiority and achieve the most economical benefits.
