The Factors Should Be Grasped When Studying and Applying Western Management Theories

It is very significant for the research and practices of China's management science to study and use western management theories and management experiences for reference,but any theory and practice should not be copied. This paper mainly discusses on several factors which should be grasped when studying and applying western management theories in China. The factors include political nature and sociality; temporal spirit and historicity; oneness and systematicness; and differences of national culture inheritance
