Research on EPC coating for aluminium alloy and its technological propoerties

摘要

In this paper,a new good aluminium alloy EPC coating is preseented according to the foundry characteristic of aluminium alloy.With this coating,the smearing,dripping and rheopexy properties of EPC coatings have been determined and investigated deeply.It is pointed out htat its constituents,preparation,density and use will affect the technological properties of EPC coating.And a new kind of rheopexy agent for water-based EPC coating is developed.The results hsow that the rheopexy property of EPC coating is improved greatly by use of this rheopexy agent.
