摘要

This paper analyzes the factors of current real estate price rising China and empty occupancy rate increasing. The Level of cities' modernization, the requirement of stimulating the domestic demands (the requirement of increasing GDP), high revenue rate of investment and low risk of enterprises' investment and increasing of the requirement of personal investment, are considered as the factors of price rising of real estate market. Furthermore, some countermeasures are brought out to make residential building market developing healthy, such as: adjusting the supplying structure of residential building, normalizing government behavior and strict control of land supplying.
