It has keep on a long time that construction is the unique business of construction enterprise of china, and it's economic activity are limited at the product process of building production, the enterprise can not use it resource to increase additional value of building production. The thesis bring up that vertical integration strategy must be put if the construction enterprise want to increase it's additional value. At first, the interior and exterior environment must be analyzed in order to find opportunities and threats of exterior environment and strengths and weakness of interior environment, then research and analyze the value activities and influence factors of industry of construction and real estate development based on value chain analysis. Finally find which is the most valuable business to expand. The conclusion can be treated as basis of proceeding vertical integration strategy.
