Stoermer method is a multistep code with fixed step suitable for the numerical integration of second-order differential equations of the special form y"(x) = f(x,y(x)), y(x_0) = y_0, y'(x_0) = y'_0(1) where the right hand side does not include the derivative of y [4, p.462].
