Aiming at handling the link-faults that exist in hypercube multi-computers interconnection networks, a kind of novel fault-tolerant model named MMSP V (Maximum Multi-valued Safety Path Vectors) is proposed. In addition, algorithms on how to construct MMSP V, and fault-tolerant routing algorithms based on the new kind of fault-tolerant model are also presented. The simulation results show that the fault-tolerant routing algorithms based on MMSP V can record more optimal paths than the fault-tolerant routing algorithm based on SV respectively.
