摘要

Fuzzy multicriteria ranking of pre-selected cyanide destruction methods gave the following order of preference: SO_2/Air Oxidation, H_2O_2 Oxidation, Alkaline Chlorination, Ozone Treatment, Combined Oxidation, Acidification-Volatilization, Biological Oxidation; the criteria used were capital and operating costs, friendliness to environment, reliability, maturity of technology, and perspective for improvement. Although sensitivity analysis indicates that the proposed method as first in order of preference provides a robust solution, incomparability is observed between certain alternatives when parameter values giving low preferability/resolution/ discrimination are used. On the other hand, experimental evidence is in accordance with the view that Biological Oxidation is a quite promising method although still with low reliability/efficiency at least in the short run.
