The Analysis of Factors Which Affect The Engineering Construction of Rural Energy

This article systematically discusses the urgent terrain, present situation and the target of the engineering construction of rural energy in our country, for analyzing the influencing factors about the construction of rural energy quantificationally and qualitatively is useful to grasp firmly the chief contradiction and promote the ecological construction of rural energy . Furthermore we have obtained the total sequence (policies and measures towards the construction of rural energy) and have analyzed the result in detail by setting up the level model and using analytic hierarchy process (AHP).
