摘要

The management by inhaled corticosteroids is widely accepted as standard therapy of asthma. From a viewpoint of clinical professionals, however, better anti-asthma medications instead of inhaled corticosteroids have been desired to be developed. In this study, we developed soluble ebselen-derivatives, and succeed in the formation of nano-sized particles of the drug. We believe to apply this particle into inhaled anti-asthma drug, and in the future, safer and more effective anti-inflammatory/anti-asthma drugs will be utilized in clinics.
