With the education's transition from elite education to mass education, the graduates employment market is changing from seller market to buyer market, and return on investment in human capital of the college graduates goes down, the price is seriously unequal to the corresponding value of human capital . Aimed at the practical issues, this paper focuses on all stages of human capital pricing and analyses the college graduates' human capital primary pricing based on the bargaining theory. In the bargaining course, the enterprise's first-mover advantage and the advantage of patience are paid enough attention, then the further research is conducted to pursue the reasonable realization way of the college graduates' human capital primary pricing. Finally the new solution to the problem is provided.
