17th IEEE East-West Design and Test Symposium

摘要

The experience of organizing a successful and attractive IEEE EWDT Symposium based on the moral, tolerant relations between potential and real participants, which collect and organize talented, constructive scientists and young researchers to exchange information and achievements in the perfecting of scientific and educational processes and technologies for improving the life quality and preserving the ecology of the planet. The IEEE East-West Design & Test Symposium was the first English-language scientific and technical event led by IEEE in the post-Soviet space after the collapse of the USSR. The symposium is aimed at the implementation of Western high technology in the universities of post-Soviet countries by invitation the leading researchers of the planet as Keynote Speakers. On the other hand, Eastern scientists, having a high mathematical culture, for 17 years have shown a significant increase in the quality of research integrated with Western technological culture.
