Selecting The Best Hotel Using The Fuzzy-Moora Method With a New Combined Weight Approach

摘要

With the globalization, decision making has become a more complicated and special process in different parts of life. People must consider many alternatives with their assessment criteria together when they decide about a chose. This fact is now covered as the study field by researchers who are working in engineering. The analytical methods stand out even in management issues like technical ones. To get the success of this criteria-alternatives optimization process, The Multi -Criteria Decision Making Methods(MCDMM) should be used. This paper presents an application of the Fuzzy Moora method, which is one of the MCDMM. The Fuzzy Moora method is applied with a combined weight calculation approach. The purpose of this paper is to find the best hotel (it was found hotel number 1 in this paper) while assessing the quality of the hotel services in Turkey besides showing the suitability of The Fuzzy Moora method for the service sector.
