Telemetric Medical System to Support Cardiological Screening

The article describes a distributed medical information system that supports medical screening. It's functional provides a high patient capacity, safety, economic effectiveness and affordability. The information system uses portable cardiographs to estimate the factors of risk and generate projects intended for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases. We present the technology of collection, protected transfer and processing of data during a selective cardiological screening carried out in the Tyumen region. We demonstrate the usefulness of the method that increases the quality of patient's classification. This method uses the preliminary permanent segmentation of data considering age, gender and other features compared with the results of preliminary specified diagnosis. Our approach can be applied to the data obtained from portable (wearable) devices in screening proj ects, remote diagnosis, and preparation of specialists and carrying out medical examinations.
