The information integrity enhance in telecommunication systems with the binomial coding

摘要

The article proves the problems of ensuring the integrity for the state video information resource. To counteract cyber attacks, it is proposed to use video encoding. To provide codes positioning it is proposed to use the align redistribution method for statistical codes. The binary elements sequence structural characteristic is taken into account for the fixed length code structures formation. The recovery error localization within the binary elements sequence set is justified. Thus, the proposed method allows the state video information resource integrity increasing.
