A reenterable model of communication grid with cut-through nodes was constructed in colored Petri nets form. Reenterable model of communication grid consists of reenterable model of grid structure main page, reenterable submodel of nodes, and reenterable submodel of terminal devices. The workload is generated by the terminal devices, attached to the grid border. The grid performance and average packet delivery time were studied for different intensity of Poisson and Uniform distributions. The grid efficiency under regular workload was compared for cut-through nodes for direct and reenterable models for grid structure with different sizes. The reenterable models of the grid structures do not depend on the grid size; it is the main advantage of reenterable model.
