The Empirical Analysis into the Cause and Economic Growth Affect of Income Gap between Industries of Shang Dong Province

By statistically analyzing the economic data in Shandong Province between the years of 2003 to 2010 since the application of the division standards in new industries,and based on the co integration test,Granger Causality Test has been used to make empirical analysis of the relationship between the income gap in industries and its economic growth in Shandong Province,and the error correction model ECM has been established.The results show that there exists a long-term equilibrium relationship between the economic growth and the income gap in industries in Shandong Province,and the economic growth is the Granger reason for the income gap in industries,the economic growth is the Granger reason for the income gap in industries.
