摘要

We present a numerical model for quantitative simulation of multilayer organic light emitting device. This program includes the electrical and the optical modeling together. The electrical characteristics calculation is based on the drift-diffusion model that contains charge carrier drift with field-dependent mobility, charge carrier trapping, heterojunction interface and recombination process. Optical characteristics simulation is based on the optical interference effect. The input data of such a system are material parameters, photoluminescence of emitting material and the device structure. From this simulation model, we can get the brightness, electroluminescent spectrum and Ⅰ-Ⅴ characteristics.
