The Essential Factors that Improve Organization to be Digital Enterprise in Thailand 4.0

This paper, researcher focused on studying the key factors that influence organizational transformation to be Digital Enterprise in Thailand 4.0. And one of these key factors was Cloud Computing Characteristics. The researcher gathered data on various factors , that related to organizational change to be Digital Enterprise, from Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Population of the research were the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Thailand. Samples of the study were 158 organizations which were random selected. The samples comprise of 95 Small enterprises and 63 Medium enterprises. Researcher used various statistical method for analyzing the data. The statistical methods which used in this research were mean, standard deviation and independent t-test. The main aim of this paper presented the key factors that influence on organizational transformation. The research results showed that there were three significance factors that influence on organizational transformation to be Digital Enterprise. These main factors were Cloud computing Characteristics, Organizational Factors and Environmental Factors. And the secondary factors were Cost reductions , Productivity improvement , Head office policy, Behavior of customers and Pressure from competition. The corporate executives should be realize of these factors to improve their organizations to be digital enterprises in Thailand 4.0.
