This paper describes 3D (three dimensional) visualization of a brain blood vessel on a CRT (cathode ray tube) or an IPS (immersive projection system). For the visualization, MRA (magnetic resonance angiography) images were acquired, blood vessels were extracted from MRA images and a 3D image of blood vessels in a human brain was projected on an IPS. The 3D image allows us to understand the distribution of blood vessels and guides us into a human body. we concluded that the image is available not only for diagnosis but also treatment of a brain in the future robot surgical operation.
