Construction of Real Estate Business Prosperity Monitoring System Considering Fuzzy Group Analytic Hierarchy Process

The fuzzy group analytic hierarchy process has the typical characteristics such as distribution, heterogeneity and privacy of the real estate business prosperity monitoring data. A kind of construction method for the real estate business prosperity monitoring system which takes the fuzzy group analytic hierarchy process (hereinafter referred to as FGAHP for short) into consideration is put forward in this paper. In view of the construction problem of the real estate business prosperity monitoring system, the fuzzy group analysis method is used to determine the critical value of the state area of each index. The results show that the system constructed considering the fuzzy group analytic hierarchy process method can basically reflect the real estate situation in China in recent years, which can reduce the computational complexity of the real estate business prosperity monitoring data.
