摘要

The electron transport through coupled InAs quantum dots (QDs)is studied. We observed resonance peak in current-voltage characteristics inmagnetic field. As the magnetic field was increased, the linear shift of theresonant peak voltage was observed. This result implies that these resonancepeaks attributed to inter-dot tunneling current via spin-split states in InAsQDs.
