SmartWalk: personas and scenarios definition and functional requirements

摘要

Traditional ways of promoting physical activity and avoid sedentary behaviour usually involves face-to-face contact and can be expensive. This and the increasing number of older adults threaten the sustainability of health systems as well as their ability to promote universal high quality care. The SmartWalk project brings together the experience of regional actors in smart cities and the knowledge of an interdisciplinary team of researchers from areas such as health, informatics and engineering with knowledge on active aging, data collection and protection, user interface design, and software usability evaluation. The present article aims to describe the process used to define the functional requirements of SmartWalk using a triangulation of methodologies and the International Classification of Functioning as the structuring framework.
