摘要

This paper firstly analyses the situation of water security, then puts forward a new model used to evaluate regional water security on the basis of analyzing fuzzy matter-element and information entropy theories, solving independence and incompatibility of evaluation indexes in water security and reducing man-made randomcity for personal fondness when determining factor weight. At last, it introduces an example of evaluating water security; the results indicate that this method is in conformity with the reality. This also validates validity of this method.
