摘要

The quality of in vitro developed embryos can be enhanced by integrating microfluidic and co-culture techniques. The proposed microfluidic device has ability to automatically trap the individual embryos and coculture it with endometrial cells. The dynamic medium perfusion is also integrated which help to mimics the micro environment like in vivo condition. After culturing the embryo inside the chip for 2-3 days, we can take out the individual mature embryos at a time irrespective of position of the culture chamber for further implantation. The results signify that the development rate in chip is higher than static control method.
