Impact of Various Factors On Tariff During Multi Year Tariff Period

Multi Year Tariff structure is implemented to streamline the tariff fixation process through a predefined mechanism for the benefit of all stake holders. The tariff should reflect the cost and productivity. In this paper the various factors that have contributed to the tariff changes and productivity under the paradigm of the newly introduced mechanism are analyzed. The analysis is carried out with four parameters.
