摘要

Aiming at the chamber pressure dynamic test problem in the environment of high temperature and strong impact, a kind of chamber pressure test system based on pressure bomb is designed. Firstly, the whole structure of test system including data acquisition circuit, signal adjust circuit, data storage circuit and launch module is designed, then applying poly vinylidene fluoride(PVDF) as the pressure sensor to capture the chamber pressure and the test theory of PVDF sensor is analyzed. Lastly, the receiving and sending programs are written according to the nRF24L01 data manual. This method shows that the PVDF bomb can test the chamber pressure effectively which can afford guidance for every kind of gun chamber pressure test and provide basic theory data for capability test of gun.
