Fingerprint Based Secure Authentication Protocol using OTP in e-Banking

With the development of the Internet, many applications have been created that impact real life activities. Provision of a user authentication method to establish authorized users is crucial. e-Banking service provides real financial transactions, and engenders concerns from both financial institution and users on secure authentication methods. Many authentication methods are used in e-Banking. However, they have many flaws making them susceptible to threats. This paper analyzes authentication issues in e-Banking. Then, we propose a secure fingerprint based user authentication method.
