Study on the Factor Analysis of the History of Medical Literature Development Based on Constraints

The history of medical literature is the academic research on the origin of Chinese literature, study and research, the discipline of Chinese literature theory and method. The subject is the power source of the contemporary development of traditional Chinese medicine, based on the connotation characteristics and system analysis of characteristics of the history of medical literature, and with the development of the goal and task of national 1999-2015 TCM basic research development program, and based on the method of expert consultation, from five aspects of society, economy, management, infrastructure, researchers concluded that the 25 may have negative factors on the development history of medical literature. Using the method of factor analysis on these 25 resistance factors were analyzed by KMO, and Bartlett's KMO=0.499 and sphericity test, Bartlett's test value is 988.508, extracting 8 common factors, the cumulative contribution rate was 66.7%. The results showed that the major privacy hinders the development of Chinese medical history and literature in China is the practice of decision-making departments of economic concerns, the second is the lack of policy support and work atmosphere, conflicts of interest and lack of ability to carry out the concept of conflict history of medical literature talent base and condition, history of medical staff, lack of relevant interest groups, in addition history of medical workers have not yet established the performance evaluation and security system, and the history of medical literature work income decreased and increased the risk of future development will be the subject of potential resistance.
