The scientific and effective power outage management needs to consider the factors such as the operation mode of the power grid, the allocation of operation and maintenance resources, the loss benefit of power outage and so on. In the premise of guaranteeing the quality of power supply and the security of the power grid, the coordination of power supply reliability, enterprise benefit and resource allocation will inevitably involve the data sharing and business collaboration of the multi departments of the power grid enterprises. At present, the integrated power outage management system of the power grid enterprises mainly relies on the internal management business. From the macro level, the chimney type construction mode easily leads to the construction of capital waste for the independent construction of the same kind of system. From the micro level, the analysis chain of power outage business is artificially broken, and the efficiency of power outage business management is low. The integrated power outage analysis system designed in this paper, after starting with the equipment management model, the power grid control model and the electric power economy model, and establishing the panoramic model of the power grid, the paper comprehensively analysis the risk of power grid operation through operation control system(OCS), fault information processing system and wide area measurement system(WAMS). Based on the analysis data of power grid operation risk, through the network equipment topology, the real-time acquisition of equipment state information, identify the family defects of the equipment and provide a theoretical basis for future maintenance scheduling. Facing the plight of 'massive data and lack of information', applying big data technology and the power outage loss statistical model, the system can forecast the weak link of the safe operation of power grid and optimize the outage maintenance plan, and the transformation from passive acceptance to active perception is realized about implementing risk management and control of power grid operation, precise maintenance of power grid equipment, and economic analysis of power outage losses, the closed loop management of power outage business is gradually perfected to provide the decision support of power outage management for the power grid enterprises, and improve the fine management level of the power grid enterprises. The system is well applied in the power outage management of Guangdong dispatching center, improving the cooperation efficiency of various departments, avoiding repeated power outages, reducing power outage losses and improving power supply reliability of power system, improving customer service satisfaction.
