Active distribution network is the fundamental technical means to realize the safe and economic grid connection of intermittent distributed generation. Considering active management measures, the optimal planning model of distributed wind generators in active distribution network is established with the minimum integrated cost including investment cost, net loss cost and purchase cost. Taking the uncertainty of wind speed, load and electricity price into account, the expected scenario set is constructed based on scenario analysis, and the FCM clustering algorithm is used to reduce the number of scenes. Multiple configurations of distributed wind generators are introduced to the planning. An improved firefly algorithm is used to solve the planning model. The IEEE-33 node distribution network is selected as a simulation example. Results show that the reasonable selection of configurations of distributed wind generators based on active management measures can effectively promote wind power consumption.
