With the continuous construction of power system in China, the safe and stable operation of power system has become a very important problem. The On-Load Tap Changer (OLTC), as the only movable part in power transformer, plays an important role in the stable operation of the transformer and even the whole power system. At present, the fault diagnosis of the OLTC based on the vibration signal has become the focus of scholars. In this paper, the vibration signals of the OLTC including good condition, tap loosening, tap abrasion and insufficient energy-storage are obtained by simulating experiment. Meanwhile, in order to characterize OLTCs in different conditions, a characteristic parameter Marginal Phase Space Distribution Coefficient (MPPDC) is proposed based on phase space reconstruction technology. Furthermore, based on MPPDC and fuzzy set, a fault diagnosis strategy of OLTC is proposed in this paper. The experimental results show that based on the method proposed in this paper, the fault types of the OLTC can be effectively identified, which provides the theoretical basis for the on-line monitoring technology of OLTC.
机译:随着我国电力系统的不断建设,电力系统的安全稳定运行已成为一个非常重要的问题。有载分接开关(OLTC)作为电力变压器中唯一的活动部件,在变压器乃至整个电力系统的稳定运行中发挥着重要作用。目前,基于振动信号的OLTC故障诊断已成为学者关注的焦点。通过仿真实验,得到了状态良好,丝锥松动,丝锥磨损,储能不足的振动信号。同时,为了表征不同条件下的OLTC,提出了一种基于相空间重构技术的特征参数边界相空间分布系数MPPDC。此外,基于MPPDC和模糊集,提出了OLTC的故障诊断策略。实验结果表明,基于本文提出的方法,可以有效地识别OLTC的故障类型,为OLTC的在线监测技术提供理论依据。
