Research of Intelligent AGC Active Coordination Control System Based on Rapid Online Analysis System

摘要

Based on the D5000 online analysis system, an intelligent AGC initiative coordinated control system which composed by multi-modules is proposed. The main program module carry out AGC adjustable judgment, start/stop unit screening, real-time output adjustment automatically after distributed load synchronization ultra short-term forecasting. The auxiliary module proceeds pre-conditioning before switching and emergency adjustment after accidents. The intelligent AGC system can preferred and remote start/stop hydropower units, and optimal control units output automatically according to load fluctuation, besides, assist dispatchers to perform pre-conditioning before equipments blackout and emergency adjustment after accident trip. The simulation example shows that, the system can not only effectively improve implementation rate of optimal recently generation scheme and optimize performance indicators, but also promote the power grid stabilization adjustment, and reduce the labor intensity of dispatchers.
