摘要

The state assessment of automation equipment in smart substations requires not only more accurate evaluation, but also the revision of the evaluation system in the future as technology evolves. According to the comprehensive concept of interval value fuzzy soft set and the analytic hierarchy process, a method for state evaluation of substation automation equipment is proposed. The evaluation index system is established by analyzing the off line status and online status information of the substation automation equipment. The comprehensive concept of interval value fuzzy soft set is introduced, and the index state is evaluated and its weight coefficient is calculated. This establishes an evaluation system with small calculation, high flexibility and strong expandability. The running example analysis shows that the state evaluation method is beneficial to accurately judge the real operating state of the substation automation equipment.
