摘要

Power transmission congestion is an important factor which limits wind power consumption. How to improve the utilization rate of transmission channel is the core issue to improve the capability of wind power consumption in regional power grid. Based on cyber physical system (CPS) framework, the timeliness of active power control technology of regional power grid is analyzed in this paper. Then a dynamic calculation method of power flow control capability of power grid section is proposed by taking the influence of system control delay into consideration and a real-time active power control method of regional power grid considering wind power fluctuations is put forward. Finally, the effectiveness of this method is introduced based on its practical application in a regional power grid in China.
